2. Selection of optimal investment options, and support of the Gorton Homes transaction for the option chosen by the investor (s):
A. purchase of land and further construction;
B. buying an unfinished object at different stages of construction and continuing construction according to the available documentation or obtaining permits to change the project with further optimization of the construction of the hotel (hospital) by Gorton Homes in order to maximize profits in the future when operating the hotel (hospital).
C. purchase of a finished hotel (hospital) and support the contract between the investor (s) and the World Class Hotel Operator.
3. Selection of the most suitable architect for each individual project and control over the timing, quality of the architectural design and control over the receipt of all necessary permits to start construction.
4. Selection of the optimal construction company by the method of tender and control of the quality and deadlines for the construction work according to a schedule agreed in advance with the investor.
5. The organization of the optimal design of the hotel during its construction according to the wishes of the investor (s).
6. Gorton Homes controls the receipt of all permits at all stages of construction, as well as when commissioning the hotel and concluding the contract of the investor (s) with the World Class Hotel Tour Operator.
7. Gorton Homes helps to select during the construction and commissioning of the hospital a type of hospital practice, as well as a group of employees to work in the new hospital.

With a joint participation in the construction of a hotel or hospital, Gorton Homes selects a joint venture group for the object under construction and assists investors, together with the Attorney Company, in the preparation of documents and legal support in order to protect the interests of all parties at all stages of construction and during the commissioning of the object.
At the request of the investor (s), the hotel or hospital under construction may be sold at various stages of construction, and this condition must be specified in the contract of the investor (s) and Gorton Homes – the final intentions of the investor (s).

4. Подбор оптимальной строительной компании методом тендера и контроль по согласованному заранее графику с инвестором за качеством и сроками выполнения строительных работ.
5. Организация оптимального дизайна гостиницы при ее постройке согласно пожеланию инвестора ( ов).

При долевом участии в строительсте гостиницы или госпиталя Gorton Homes подбирает группу партнеров( joint venture ) по строящемуся обьекту и помогает инвесторам вместе с Адвокатской компанией в оформлении документов и юридическом сопровождении с целью защиты интересов всех сторон на всех стадиях строительства и при сдачи в эксплуатацию обьекта.
По желанию инвестора(ов) строящаяся гостиница или госпиталь могут быть проданы на различных стадиях строительства при этом данное условие должно быть это указано в контракте инвестора(ов) и Gorton Homes – конечные намерения инвестора(ов) .
