At the end of this work the client will have a prefeasibility report and a financial model that will allow them to understand the potential returns on investment, the market risks associated with the project and informed as to commitments on capital they might be expected to make to take the project to a bankable standard and potential sources of raising both debt and equity capital. The inputs required, will be the outline scheme design, CAPEX figures, information of country origins and potential value of components of the development (this will help inform potential ECA approaches) whether there are any green building design elements that might allow mobilisation of “clean growth” capital and an indication of OPEX utility consumption (Water and Electricity) of the development and the assessment of the construction period. |
